LatticeStix' Standard Decorative Lattice Panels (DLP) are a flexible and elegant way to add pattern to your home. Typically used for fence toppers, panels can be used for a wide variety of interior or exterior applications including site-built screens, room dividers, fence windows, inserts for gates, wall decor, Pergola infill panels, and more. DLP can be oriented horizontally or vertically and are available in dozens of patterns and sizes. Flush joints eliminate the directional look typical of common stapled lathe. We design and build all of our products in our facility near the old shipyard district of San Francisco.
Pattern - P240 or Oak Park #1 belongs to the Prairie Collection, a group of patterns that evoke the quiet beauty of Prairie style architecture.
Sizing - Standard widths for online ordering are in increments of 6" plus 3/4"(eg 33 3/4, 39 3/4, 45 3/4, etc.). For aesthetic considerations not all patterns are available in all size combinations. We can custom fabricate panels to any dimension. Call for custom sizing and pricing.
Lattice Profile - Most panels are built in 363 profile (3/4 inch stick face, 1 1/2 inch stick depth, 3 inch on center). The smallest opening is 2 1/4 inch, providing an optimal balance of pattern, privacy, and light. Call for additional open or denser profile requirements.
Craftsmanship - All of our products are fabricated with all-wood joinery. This prevents splitting and loosening associated with steel screws and nails. Lattice joints are flush, and joined with half laps and a blind dowel secured with non-toxic waterproof glue. A mortise and tenon joint connects lattice to the frame. Shipping - Shipped via ground carrier or freight(larger orders). Note that larger panels incur an oversize fee($155) that is included in the pricing. For orders over $1000, call for shipping options .
